Please find below a list of Allotrope Foundation's Working Groups (WGs) being led by Members, Partners and Allotrope Product Team members.

Day / Time (EDT)
Provides a single forum for the development and governance of new models/domains proposed by the Allotrope Community. The focus is on new tabular models with the minimum necessary to contextualize data and to interpret results from documentation.
Technical discussions and modeling related to Chromatography.
Technical discussions and modeling related to Mass Spectrometry.
Technical discussions and modeling related to Plate Readers.
A forum for forward-looking discussion about data interoperability, semantics, and knowledge modeling.
Allotrope Partner Network
Monthly on the fourth Tuesday
Discussions related to Allotrope strategy from an APN perspective.
A community of key business and technical resources collaborating to develop best practices and assist each other to implement Allotrope-based solutions.
A sounding board to develop Allotrope’s long-term technical strategy and manage technical backlog, comprised of both members of other technical WGs and ad-hoc members.
Outreach and Membership
Discussions related to conferences, public engagements, and prospective members.
Communications and Operations
Discussions related to communications, marketing and business operational aspects.
